Escape to our newly renovated short-term rental strategically nestled just minutes away from

the sun-kissed beaches of Venice, Florida. Surrounded by a myriad of attractions, this inviting

home offers a heated pool and an array of amenities designed to cater to your every need.

Step into the open floor plan, where a newly renovated kitchen awaits with modern

appliances, including a dishwasher. The spacious, and comfortable, living room features a TV

with Xfinity service, queen sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress, while a separate sitting room

has a full sleeper sofa, with an upgraded mattress as well. The sitting room is bright

and overlooks the fully screened private pool.

Accommodating up to six people, two large bedrooms showcase king beds, and an additional

bedroom offers a trundle with 2 twin beds, which can also be used as a private study and

work space. The primary bedroom ensures a touch of luxury with its ensuite bathroom and

generously sized walk-in closet. All 3 bedrooms are finished with cute suncoast touches

which complements your Florida escape.

Your stay is curated to feel like home with amenities such as a coffee bar (with Keurig coffee

maker, French press, and hot water pot), pool floats, pool towels, beach chairs, and even a

cornhole game. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience, and you can

enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the entire house and lanai.

Whether you are seeking relaxation by the pool, a day at the beach, an active day on the golf course, or an exciting fishing expedition, our rental provides the perfect base for your ideal Florida getaway. The entire house is yours to enjoy, and we strive to make your stay comfortable.

For up to 1 week stays, a pre-authorized $500 security deposit will be requested right after booking, and for monthly

stays, a $1,500 security deposit will be required. Pre-authorized security deposit cancelled with in 7 days after departure.

A $200 per stay cleaning fee is charge. If the home is left in an unsanitary state, a

double cleaning fee will be charged. Examples include burned food on the cooktop/oven,

moved furniture, or stained towels/sheets/furniture.

PLEASE NOTE:

● No events or parties are allowed.

● Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

● Minimum 3 night stay.

● For your safety, security cameras are in use during nightly hours only (11pm - 6am), at the

front and side of the house, excluding the pool area.

● Pool heated between 78-82 degrees (F), at no additional charge.

● Renters assume their own risk for pool use.
